How to Cancel an Order

If you end up having to cancel an order, please make sure to do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us at info efashionhubstore2912@gmail.com , and include the order number in the subject headline. 


Return Policy

Fashionnbazzar makes it a priority to handle each product with care and we do everything in our power to ensure our products reach our customers in perfect condition, however we understand that mistakes happen; fragile items can get damaged in transit. We can only offer return within 3 days from the date of product delivery. 

Items under SALE and OFFER PRICE are NOT eligible for returns and exchange.

Here are the cases in which we accept returns:

Case 1 : If the wrong product was sent as we lot of products in our inventory, or if your product was damaged or defective, it will automatically qualify for a return if you inform us within 3 days .

Case 2 : If it appears that the package has been tampered with, you can refuse to accept the package from the delivery person, just send us an email at info efashionhubstore2912@gmail.com

Be sure to include the order number. If you have to mail the package yourself, ensure that the original packaging and product tag is present.

Once we verify your claims, Fashionnbazzar will issue the store credits. Please note that the product must be shipped in the same state it was received, unused.

If you plan to return an item to Fashionnbazzar, please make sure to contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.
